Great end-to-end customer experience, all from responsiveness, to delivery time, quality of products, and after-sale relationship building. Made my packing experience smoother and provided all necessary products!
Really pleased with the service. Pedro was quick and really friendly. He also kindly gave me some extra materials for free, which was a nice surprise and really helpful. The box itself is really good quality and feels very sturdy. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who needs one. Thanks!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Rush Rush Boxes London was a lifesaver when I was visiting from out of the country. Pedro provided boxes and tape (from a same day order) for items to be shipped back home in speedy manner and with absolute kind professionalism. What a great business concept! Much needed and greatly appreciated for their services! Thank you!
Rush Rush Boxes London saved the day. Needed a few boxes urgently, they were so helpful and raced them over. Genuinely impressed and just great to find a small business that is trying their best... and succeeding judging from all the comments already here. Boxes and materials were great quality too. Biggest thanks!
Found this place on Deliverloo, pleasantly surprised with the cost and the material supplied. Came within an hour! Material quality is super. This was exactly what we needed as I underestimated the boxes I needed to move. Perdo, founder, delivered it with care. And we ended up having a nice short conversation! And he very kindly topped my order with an additional bubble wrap and a medium box! <3
Would recommend this place to everyone. First time using this business and couldn’t be happier I ordered 5 Medium boxes and they gave me one extra one for free with the bumble wrap very kind of them to do! Very convenient they come to you quickly and the service is 10/10! Perdo, founder, delivered it with care. And we ended up having a nice short conversation! And he very kindly topped my order with an additional bubble wrap and a medium box! <3
Found this place by accident, as I was helping a friend move and we needed boxes and packaging. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost, and the fact that the bubble wrap was biodegradable which I never knew existed was great. I highly recommend, the business owner was so helpful and the next time I need supplies of this nature I will use them again 100%.
Very convenient and helpful little shop for boxes and packaging material! I needed a box at short notice yesterday, so popped into the shop in person, it was very quick and easy to get exactly what I needed (plus some biodegradable packing peanuts), for a very reasonable price - I'd definitely recommend
